鍵を開けた先の部屋には６つの日記がある。これらを読むと、AlphysがMettatonの体に注入した魂が、実はNapstablookのいとこで隣人のゴーストであること、このゴーストは肉体を持つことを望んでいたが、追い求めているような体を見つけられていなかったことなどを推察できる。彼は「人間ファンクラブ」の管理人であり、Alphysは会員の一人だったようである。彼女はNapstablookのいとこに、彼が夢にも思わなかった体をスケッチして見せた。
