BrattyとCatty（/ˈbræti/、/ˈkæti/]]）は1組の売り手であり、MTT Resortの右側の路地にいる。2人は親友であり、しばしば同じ台詞を言ったり、互いが言いかけたことを自分が言ったりする。通常、バレーガール（1980年代始めにアメリカの若者文化の象徴となった、ロサンゼルス近郊のサンフェルナンド・バレーに住む十代の少女のこと）の言い回しで話す。どちらもMettatonの大ファンでもある。Garbage Dumpから見つけた商品を売っており、その中にはMystery Keyも含まれる。

外見

Brattyは背の高い緑色のワニのモンスターで、大部分が桃色をしていて、左右に黄色と青色のディティールのあるショールを身につけている。髪は黄色で、先が巻き毛になっている。

Cattyはふくよかな紫色の猫のモンスターで、黄色のボタンがついた青色のオーバーオールを身につけている。黄色の毛の房がオーバーオールの左右の下からに出てきている。髪は黒色で、青い線が入っている。左耳には黄色のイヤリングがある。

ストーリー

Neutral RouteおよびTrue Pacifist Route

BrattyとCattyは主人公に武器や防具、回復アイテムを売ってくれる。Cattyが言うには、これらの商品は全て二人がGarbage Dumpから手に入れたものであり、良いゴミであるらしい。

Genocide Route

Genocide Routeでは、BrattyとCattyは店から離れている。店に入ったときのテキストには"But like. Nobody came and stuff."（だが誰もいないみたいな）と書かれている。二人はゲルペンで書いたメモ書きを残しており、それには、二人が店を離れたこと、誰かこれを読んでいるならば、Alphysが二人を安全な場所へ連れていったのであり、読んだ人が誰であっても物を盗むようなことを考えるべきでないことが書かれている。しかし、主人公は商品や金を盗むことが可能である。

• 二人の名前は実際は単語である。"bratty"は甘やかされて育ったわがままで無礼で無作法な子供を表現するのに使える言葉である（おそらくBrattyの几帳面さや敬意に欠けた性格を表しているのだろう）。"catty"は「わざと人を傷つける言い方をする」ことを意味する（おそらくいくつかの会話で意図的に失礼なことを言っているように見えることを表しているのだろう）。「猫に似ている」という意味もある（外見や態度を表している）。二人の名前は韻を踏んでもいる。
• "Bratty"という名前をつけようとすると、"Like, OK I guess."という返答が返ってくる。
